Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Craneware announces that at the date of this notice its issued share capital comprises 26,788,613 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") each with voting rights.

 

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

The total voting rights in the Company is therefore 26,788,613. The voting rights of all of the Ordinary Shares are identical.

 

The figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Craneware, under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
