Director's Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

 

23 December 2019 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, has exercised options over 10,332 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 335 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the exercise of these options, Mr Neilson holds 3,397,506 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 12.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.  Following completion and settlement of all taxation matters relating to this exercise, Mr Neilson intends to transfer these shares to the Neilson Family Foundation, a charity trust set up for the future benefit of medical research and Young People's charities.  

 

Following this exercise and the exercise of options by another employee, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 26,826,539 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure of 26,826,539 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
