2 November 2010 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the U.S. healthcare market, will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am today at the Company's headquarters in Livingston, Scotland. At the meeting Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, will make the following statement:

"We have enjoyed a strong start to our fiscal year, with the investments made in previous periods, into sales, marketing and product development, combining to drive Craneware forward to continued success. As indicated by last month's four year deal for our newly launched Supplies ChargeLink, our augmented product portfolio is being well received by our market of both new and existing customers and we look forward to continued momentum as we prepare for the launch of our sixth product, Value-based Pricing Analyzer, before the end of the year.
