CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed. Two of these resolutions were special resolutions.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the 2019 Annual Report, copies of which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
