Fourth Interim Dividend



New City High Yield Fund Limited announces a fourth interim dividend of 0.85
pence per share (first, second and third interim dividends each of 0.85 pence
per share) payable on 30 May 2008 to shareholders on the register on 2 May 2008,
having an ex-dividend date of 30 April 2008.



This is directly in line with the dividend payment anticipated in the Prospectus
published in February 2007.
