On 28 October 2019 CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc posted to shareholders a proxy form alongside its audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 (containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting).

Resolution 1 on the proxy form was incorrect and did not correspond to the resolution contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, accordingly a replacement proxy form has been posted to shareholders.
