·     Total dividend of 5.60p (2015: 5.60p) for the year

City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc announces a fourth interim dividend of 3.02 pence per share payable on 26 August 2016 to shareholders on the register on 29 July 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 28 July 2016.
