Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting and

Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 07 May 2014 at 10.30am at Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY (the "2014 Annual General Meeting").

The notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting (the "2014 AGM Notice") together with the form of proxy, and (in respect of those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies) the Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 (the "2013 Annual Report"), will be posted to shareholders today.

Copies of the 2014 AGM Notice and 2013 Annual Report will also be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscot.com/nsm.do.
