The Company has received notification that David Jefferies, Chairman, purchased
50,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') at 52.0p per Share
on 18th December 2006.  Mr. Jefferies' resultant interest in the Company
comprises 225,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.063% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
