The Company has received notification that Anthony Bickerstaff, Finance
Director, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares')
at 50.75p per Share on 5th September 2006.  Mr. Bickerstaff's resultant interest
in the Company comprises 40,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
