Long-Term Incentive Plan


The Company announces details of Awards in the form of options with an exercise
price of £1 per exercise (whether on exercise of the entire Award or any part of
it) over 1,054,901 ordinary shares of 5p each made on 18 April 2007 under the
Costain Group PLC Long-Term Incentive Plan. The awards can only be exercised on
the achievement of specified performance conditions after the end of the
Company's Financial Year ending 31 December 2010. Awards were made to the
following Executive Directors:
