Costain Group PLC ('the Company') announces that options to subscribe for a total of 4,952,787 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company have been granted today, 19 October 2023, to eligible employees, including the following Executive Directors (each being a PDMR), under the Costain Group PLC Sharesave Plan:
