Allotment of shares

Further to the Company's announcement of 29 September 2022, following receipt of funds from Atlantic Partners Asia, 4,375,000 shares ("New Shares") have today been allotted. Application has been made for the admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence on or around 8.00am on 13 October 2022.
