Tony Marienthal Resigns as Director

Tony  Marienthal  has resigned as a director of the  Company  with
effect  from 9th November, 1999 to return to his native California
where  he  will  operate  as  a value added  reseller  of  Mondas'
products.   Whilst  he has resigned his directorships  he  remains
available to the Company as a consultant and will continue  to  be
engaged on the contract for BBC Worldwide.
