The  Company  announces that following completion of the acquisition
of  Townsley  &  Co by Insinger de Beaufort on 12th November,  1999,
Insinger  Townsley  has  been  appointed  Nominated  Broker  to  the
Company.  Insinger Townsley is a division of Insinger de Beaufort, a
subsidiary of Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V.
