Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, was on 1 September 2015 notified of the holdings as set out below in shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the fund raise described in the Company's announcement of 30 July 2015 and as approved at the Company's General Meeting held on 27 August 2015:
