                               Holding in Company

Mondas announces that the Company was recently notified that, as at 23 December
2005, AXA Investment Managers UK, held 1,342,000 Mondas ordinary shares,
equivalent to 4.75 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Of which 42,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15 of the issued
share capital are held by Sun Life Pensions Management Ltd and 1,300,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.61 of the issued share capital
are held by HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited.
