Mondas announces that the Company was notified yesterday that, following a
purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares on 22 December 2005, FF&P Small Cap UK
Equity Fund, a sub-fund of FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund, held, on that
date, 2,500,000 Mondas ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.86 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
