                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that following the Placing, details of which were set out
in the Interim Results released on 30th December, 2002, it has made an
application for the admission of 1,004,749 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 7th January,
2003.
