                              Additional Listing

The Company announces it has made an application for the admission of 21,500
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  The shares have been issued
following the exercise of an option over a total of 21,500 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 10p per share, of which 3p is payable by the option holder and 7p
by the Company, pursuant to the rules of the Mondas Employee Share Option
Scheme which was in force at the time of the Company's initial admission to
AIM.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 10th May,
2001.
