Further to the announcement made on 25 May 2023, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally focused investor in the core digital infrastructure that enables modern communications and the internet, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 28 July 2023 at 10:00am BST at The Stafford London, 16-18 St James's Place, St. James's, London SW1A 1NJ.
