Interim Dividend

 

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally focused specialist digital infrastructure investor, is pleased to announce an interim dividend in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2023 of 2.0 pence per ordinary share (the "First Interim Dividend").  The shares will go ex-dividend on 7 December 2023 and the First Interim Dividend will be paid on 22 December 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 8 December 2023.
