A Class 1 circular containing notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting has 
been posted to shareholders of Coral Products PLC shareholders today.  

The Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened for 12 noon on 12 September 
2007 at the Company's premises at North Florida Road, Haydock Industrial Estate,
Haydock, Merseyside WA11 9TP to approve the sale of a freehold property 
announced on 14 August 2007.
