The Board of Coral Products PLC ('the Company') received notification on 2
February 2006 that Derek King and Hilary King have disposed of their remaining
holding of 1,130,120 ordinary shares in the Company.

Separately, the Company today received notification pursuant to sections 198-202
of the Companies Act 1985 that on 2 February 2006 The Union Discount Company of
London Limited acquired 1,130,120 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this
transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns a total of
1,990,120 ordinary shares, representing 9.89% of the Company's total issued
share capital.
