The Board of Coral Products PLC ('the Company') today received notification
pursuant to sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that on 26 January 2006
The Union Discount Company of London Limited acquired 710,000 ordinary shares in
the Company. Following this transaction The Union Discount Company of London
Limited now owns a total of 960,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.77% of the
Company's total issued share capital.
