Coral has been notified pursuant to the provisions of Sections 198 to 210 of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended) in a letter dated 16 June 2004 that following
the purchase of 85,000 ordinary shares on 15 June 2004 Small Companies Dividend
Trust PLC now holds 685,000 ordinary shares representing 3.41 per cent. of the
ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
