Coral Products Plc, ('the Company'), one of Europe's leading manufacturers and
suppliers  of  media packaging for Digital Versatile Discs,  Videos  and  CDs,
announces  the following transactions in the share capital of the  Company  by
Mr.  Derek  King, Sales Director, and his spouse. These were  carried  out  on
Monday 30 October 2000.

Mr. D A King and his spouse sold 26,300 Ordinary shares at 52 pence per share

Mr.  D  A King and his spouse purchased 26,300 Ordinary shares at 52.25  pence
per share

The  Company  was  notified  of the above transactions,  which  were  for  tax
planning purposes, on Tuesday 31 October 2000.

His  beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged
