Coral Products PLC ("Coral" or the "Company") was informed on 25 March 2011 that Mr Joe Grimmond, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and persons connected to him have purchased 830,000 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 11.04p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Mr Grimmond and his connected persons now hold 3,991,670 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
