Statement of the AGM held on Friday, 19th September 2003



'In line with my comment in the annual report and accounts as to trading
prospects for the current year, the first three months have started slowly,
particularly with regard to the video box market.


We are, however, confident of improving our position as a market leader in the
media packaging industry in the year ahead'.
