Repurchase of own shares

Conygar announces that, in accordance with the terms of the general authority to make market purchases of its own shares granted to it by shareholders of the Company on 12 January 2010, and following the announcement on 1 December 2010, the Company acquired for cash in the market 1,405,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 2 December 2010 at a price of 108p per Share. The acquired Shares will be held in treasury.

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, Conygar advises that, at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises 116,079,433 Shares (excluding 1,405,000 Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 116,079,433.

The above figure of 116,079,433 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
