Notice of General Meeting

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that a general meeting of the Company will be held at 8.30 a.m. on 29 July 2016 at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU (the "General Meeting") for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving resolutions to cancel the share premium account of the Company and renew the share buyback authority granted at the last annual general meeting of the Company.

A copy of a circular containing the notice convening the General Meeting and form of proxy will be posted to shareholders of the Company later today and will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.conygar.com.
