Conygar Investment Company PLC(The) 06 June 2007 6 June 2007 THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL The directors of The Conygar Investment Company PLC ('Conygar') are pleased to announce that on 29 May 2007, Conygar completed the disposal of 43/45 Bedford Square, London WC1 for £18 million in cash. The property has a book value of £16.76 million and the disposal will realise a gross profit of approximately £1.24 million of which our share is £0.93 million. The property has a rental income of approximately £0.9 million per annum and has been owned by Conygar since May 2006. The proceeds from this disposal have been utilised in prepaying all of the remaining bank debt with the balance available for funding future development projects and acquisitions.
