                            COMPLETION OF DISPOSALS



Further to the announcement of 19 December 2006, the directors of The Conygar
Investment Company PLC ('Conygar') are pleased to announce that on 1 February
2007, Conygar completed the disposal of numbers 10 and 11 Buckingham Street,
London WC2 for £7.60 million in cash.  The properties were both vacant and had
been owned by Conygar since October 2006.
