                            COMPLETION OF DISPOSALS



Further to the announcement of 19 December 2006, the directors of The Conygar
Investment Company PLC ('Conygar') are pleased to announce that today Conygar
completed the disposal of 12 Buckingham Street, London WC2 for £6.20 million and
49-51 Bedford Square, London WC1 for £14.05 million. 49-51 Bedford Square has a
current rental income of approximately £0.5 million per annum and has been owned
by Conygar since May 2006.
