                             Proposed Fund Raising

The  Board of Harrier Group plc notes the recent rise in the market  price  of
Harrier  Shares.  The Board wishes to announce that during the early  part  of
last  week meetings were held with investors with a view to arranging  finance
to  fund  an  acquisition which is anticipated will be announced  during  this
week.

The  price  at  which  the  conditional financing has  been  agreed  is  at  a
significant  discount  to  the current market price and  reflects  the  market
conditions prevailing at that time.
