Further to the announcement of a Placing and Open Offer of 5,903,337 new
Ordinary Shares at 250p per share released earlier today, Harrier announces
that the record date for the Open Offer is the 7 April.  The final time and
date for the receipt of completed application forms and payment in full is
3.00pm on 8 May 2000.
