                                ISSUE OF EQUITY

Harrier Group Plc ('Harrier') announces that options have been exercised over
705,179 ordinary share of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £0.05362 per
share. Options over a further 77,876 Ordinary Shares have also been exercised at
a price of £0.14p per share.

Application has been made for the 783,055 new Ordinary Shares arising from the
exercise of these options to be admitted to AIM and for trading to commence at
8.00 a.m. on the 31 August 2005.

The total number of Harrier Ordinary Shares in issue following the exercise of
options will be 31,529,405.
