Exercise of Options

                              HARRIER GROUP PLC

Harrier announces that employees have exercised options over 2,238 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each. Application has been made for these shares to be
admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence in them on Wednesday 13
December. These shares will rank pari passu with all other ordinary shares now
in issue.


After the issue of these shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital
is 28,623,701 ordinary shares.
