Following the disposal of HarrierZeuros Ltd, HarrierZerous Storage Solutions Ltd
and Ikan Ltd to Matrix Communications Group PLC announced on 10 March 2005,
Harrier Group plc announces the resignation, with effect from the 31st March
2005, of Sarah Carter from the board of the Company. The board wishes to express
its thanks to Sarah for her contribution to the Harrier group and to wish her
well for the future.
