GRANT OF OPTIONS
Harrier Group Plc ('Harrier') announces that on 14 April 2003 Jim Stoddart,
chief executive, was granted options over 2,871,970 ordinary shares at a price
of 4.5 pence each. These options are exercisable from 14 April 2006 until 13
April 2013.
On the same day, Jim Stoddart was granted options over a further 2,871,970
ordinary shares at a price of 4.5 pence each. These options will vest only after
completion of a major acquisition or merger of Harrier as determined by the
remuneration committee.
