                 Cancellation of admission from trading on AIM

Pursuant to the announcement made by EMC Computer Systems (UK) Limited on 3
April 2008 in which it declared its offer for Conchango wholly unconditional,
Conchango today announces that an application has been made for the cancellation
of admission of the ordinary shares of the Company from trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that the cancellation will
take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 7 May 2008.
