                               Adjournment of AGM

Harrier Group PLC ('Harrier' or the 'Company') announces that due to an
administrative error, it will be adjourning its Annual General Meeting which was
due to be held today at 1.00 pm at the Company's offices at Cromwell House,
Bartley Wood, Bartley Way, Hook, Hampshire.

The Annual General Meeting will be reconvened at 1.00pm on 19 May 2004 at the
same location.
