HARRIER GROUP PLC

Harrier announces that options over 96,001 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
have been exercised.  Application has been made for these shares to be
admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence in them on Tuesday 20
November.  These shares will rank pari passu with all other ordinary shares
now in issue.

After the issue of these shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital
is 28,719,702 ordinary shares.
