New-York, 15 July, 2013 - Constellium N.V. (NYSE and NYSE Euronext: CSTM) announces today the appointment of Paul Blalock as the Company's new Head of Investor Relations US, effective July 15, 2013. Blalock, who will be based in New York, will be responsible for managing the Company's communications and relationships with investors, analysts and shareholders in the United States. He will report to Didier Fontaine, Chief Financial Officer, and will work closely with Richard Ham, Investor Relations Head Europe.

Blalock joins Constellium from Walter Energy, where he was Vice President and Head of Investor Relations for a leading North American metallurgical coal producer. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior investor relations positions at leading publicly traded companies, including Clearwire, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Nextel and BellSouth.

"Paul brings a wealth of IR experience to Constellium as we continue to build and deepen our relationships with investors in the United States following the Company's successful IPO and listing on the New York Stock Exchange in May," commented Constellium's Chief Financial Officer Didier Fontaine.
