On 3 July 2000, the Company was informed that Everett
Financial Management Limited had disposed of 168,000
ordinary shares in the Company reducing it's holding to
95,500 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.7
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and
that EverettInvest Limited held 200,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing approximately 1.4 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.

The cumulative holding of 295,500 shares represents 2.08
per cent. of the issued ordinary shares.
