On 8 March 2002, the Company was informed that on 7 March 2002 Everett Financial
Management Limited ('Everett') sold to its clients 292,000 ordinary shares of
the Company. Everett retains an interest in 263,500 ordinary shares of the
Company, representing approximately 1.27 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

EverettInvest Limited, an affilliated company of Everett, continues to be
interested in 200,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately
0.97 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The aggregate interest of Everett and EverettInvest Limited amounts to 463,500
ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 2.24 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
