The Company was yesterday informed that on 4 March 2002 City Equities Ltd
purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.03 each in the Company, representing
approximately 4.83 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital. Following a
sale to certain private clients on 4 March 2002 of 361,500 ordinary shares, and
on 5 March 2002 of a further 230,500 ordinary shares, City Equities Limited now
holds 406,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.96
per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
