The Company was yesterday informed that on 29 May 2001, Everett Financial
Management Limited sold to its clients 80,000 ordinary shares of IEP0.025 each
in the Company. Everett Financial Management Limited and its affiliates now
has a total interest in 616,500 ordinary shares of IEP0.025 each, representing
3.51 per cent of the issue share capital.
