Holding in Company
The Company has today been informed that on 23 May 2001, Everett Financial
Management Limited sold to its clients 299,000 ordinary shares of IEP0.025
each in the Company. Everett Financial Management Limited now has a total
interest in 1,001,000 ordinary shares of IEP0.025 each, representing 5.9 per
cent of the issue share capital.
