Exercise of Options



The Company announces that on 8 May 2006, 941 options over ordinary shares were
exercised at an exercise price of 136 pence per ordinary share.  The issue of
ordinary shares pursuant to this exercise were satisfied by the issue of
ordinary shares held in treasury.  Following this issue, Creston holds 2,702 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 37,588,614 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
